Toyota Supra MK4 Turbo 6 Speed:

The JZA80 Mk4 Supra is one of the most timeless JDM sports cars of all time. Its iconic appearance, characterized by smooth, seamless body lines, and legendary 2JZ Twin Turbo powerplant made the MK4 a legendary sports car that could drive comfortably to the drag strip, put down a competitive quarter mile time, and drive home without any issue. With stories of the famed 2JZ having the ability to hold close to 600 horsepower on the stock block, as well as a hearty endorsement in “The Fast and The Furious”, the Mk4 quickly caught the attention of prospective owners looking to add their own personal touch to an already superb chassis. While most 90’s Supra’s went straight under the knife at performance and tuner shops, other owners opted to keep their examples completely stock. This JDM 1995 model year is one of those examples, with a twist. This Supra originally left the factory in GZ trim, equipped with the aforementioned 2JZGTE Twin Turbo and optional 4 Speed Automatic Transmission. Somewhere down the line, the desire for a 3rd pedal became too much to bear, and the auto gearbox was scrapped in favor of a 6 speed manual, sourced from a Toyota Altezza. While this is not the same 6 Speed Getrag manual found in the Supra RZ, it is an excellent budget option for those looking to row their own gears. The exterior of this Mk4 is finished in an original coat of Toyota’s Alpine Silver Metallic (199). It’s quite refreshing to see an iconic chassis completely untouched, with no signs of paint or body work. The stock 17” 5 Spoke alloy wheels have held up incredibly well over the years and contribute to that timeless 90’s look. The interior of this legendary tourer is in excellent condition as well. The factory cloth seats are well bolstered, with no major rips or tears in the fabric. The power seat adjustment is fully functional as well. The signature “cockpit” style dash is in excellent shape, with no cracking or sun damage, and all buttons and switches work as expected, down to the fully functional automatic climate control. The odometer displays 84,820 unverified miles. Previous records on the vehicle suggest the mileage to be around 109,000. Despite the unverified mileage, the car has certainly been taken care of and maintained religiously. Pop the hood and you’ll see what we’re talking about. Seeing a bone stock 2JZ Twin Turbo is a breath of fresh air. Cranking out a reported 280hp in stock form, this 2JZ is no slouch. The engine fires up without a hitch and the sequential twin turbos spool healthily and without hesitation. Driving a stock Supra is a bit of a trip as most people don’t know these were actually marketed as touring cars. The stock exhaust renders the 2JZ silent, as this twin turbo monster stealthily flies down the road. The Altezza transmission does a fantastic job handling stock power and the close gear ratios make this thing a blast to drive on tight backroads. This vehicle has been fully inspected and serviced by our trained technicians to ensure that it will be ready to handle whatever you throw at it. If you’re looking for a truly drivable collector’s car, this Toyota Supra MK4 Turbo 6 Speed is a great contender for a future build, garage queen, or stock weekend warrior!
