Bongo listings cover the third-generation SK82 van and truck (1999-present, rebadged Nissan Vanette platform) and the Bongo Friendee minivan/camper (SG5W/SG5P, 1995-2005). SK82 variants run the F8 1.8L petrol or RF 2.0L diesel in RWD or part-time 4WD configuration. The Friendee adds a 2.0L FE-E petrol, 2.5L J5-D V6, or WL-T turbo diesel, with the Auto Free Top power-elevating-roof trim serving as the factory camper-oriented variant. SK82 models from 1999 are US-eligible under the 25-year rule; Friendee SG5W/SG5P models from 2000 enter eligibility from 2025 onward.
