The EF generation includes the JDM EF6 (1.5X), EF7 (Si), and EF8 (SiR with B16A DOHC VTEC). The 3rd gen Del Sol (EG2/EG3) is a targa-style body distinct from the earlier two-door hatchback. All generations are subject to NHTSA's manufacture-date 25-year provision under the 25-year rule.
