Super Select 4WD gives you 2H, 4H, 4HLc, and 4LLc switchable on the fly. This van has a turbo timer installed. On a turbocharged diesel that has been working hard, shutting the engine off immediately traps heat in the turbocharger with no oil circulating to cool it. Over time that kills the turbo bearings.
