This 1994 Mitsubishi Canter is a unique vehicle not so much that it is a fire truck built Morita for the Japan Fire Brigade but that it has the ability not only to draft water quickly from lake / river or city hydrant but also houses its own 400 gallon tank. The PTO driven pump is also connected to 3 water sprinklers in each side of the vehicle and can be driven in 1st and Second gears while pumping and spraying making this an effective brush or wild land firefighter. Included are a collection of very good discharge hoses and an adjustable shoulder slung nozzle. The stout 2 ton solid axle 4×4 chassis has been upgraded with 17×9 super singles and 37”’Maxxis Razr mudterrains for an aggressive offroad approach. Recent service has included an 10 quart Amsoil max duty full synthetic 15/40w oil change to the 4.6 litre Mitsubishi diesel engine. This rig starts up everytime with zero hesitation and shifts through all 5 gears smoothly. Consider this rig ready to start work immediately.
