The headliner and door cards are in good shape as are the carpets aside from some light staining. The Panasonic radio does work, and the A/C and heat are functioning properly and controlled by a simple manual climate system. The 3RZ-FE under the hood is a trusty four-banger, and is chain-driven, which will save the new owner the cost of an expensive timing belt service. Fresh off an air filter replacement and oil and filter service, this 2.7L chugs to life promptly care of a new 12v battery. It slows down impressively, with the ABS brakes biting down with confidence, after we performed a brake fluid flush. New front rotors and pads were installed for state safety inspection purposes, too. The suspension was overhauled so that the new owner could enjoy a premium feel when behind the wheel. New rear control arms, shocks, springs, and front inner and outer tie rods were replaced and a fresh alignment was performed. The power-assisted steering is direct and on point and we have completely rebuilt the steering rack. Grip is handled by four new 31′′ Falken tires. The new rubber quells road noise and most importantly will last for tens of thousands of miles to come.
