1997 Nissan Laurel Club S
The 1997 Nissan Laurel Club S, designated as the “C35″ internally, comes with a swapped RB25DET engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. This C35 is finished in a very unique color called Dark Bluish Black Pearl (KJ6) and features 18” Work Emotion wheels. The original RB25 “non-turbo” engine has been replaced with an RB25DET, accompanied by numerous upgrades to enhance horsepower and performance, including an aftermarket intake manifold, intercooler, and Greddy boost controller. Inside, you’ll find a wood grain Nardi steering wheel, aftermarket gauges, and a RAZO shift knob.
The C35 Laurel was Nissan’s answer to the JZX platform and follows a similar formula: a turbocharged manual sedan sending power to the rear wheels. This particular model has a lot going for it and checks all the boxes for a fun JDM turbo sedan.
