"Mardy went above and beyond to help us recently,. This, for one of his previous clients and not even current ones. We had ventured to import a Delica ourselves this time (not through Amazing Auto Imports as we had in the past) and on the one and only day in Vancouver to pick it up, problems with the van began surfacing. We reached out to Mardy who was gracious enough to let us bring the van to his shop to diagnose the issues. He then called in favours from different shops to get us in and the repairs taken care of before the end of the day. Without Mardy, we would have been left stranded and he had no incentive to help us out seeing as how we hadn't even purchased this vehicle from him. Once a customer, always a customer in Mardy's eyes. The level of customer service was beyond anything we have experienced anywhere. We cannot speak highly enough of Mardy and the way he treated us. Thank you again Mardy!"
